What is Hypnotherapy?

While we rely on our conscious or rational side of the brain to make judgement calls in our day-to-day lives, the more powerful subconscious side of the brain stores habits and behavior patterns that guide our underlying decisions over the long term.  

 

Hypnotherapy grants the conscious mind the ability to step back so the subconscious mind can step forward. This allows the brain to create new habits while disrupting old ones.  Promoting healthier and better decisions that align with your true self and your goals.

What to expect

Individual Sessions

We will work one-on-one to discuss goals and explore behaviors and habits you are trying to change within your life. The process will begin with a pre-session phone conversation. To discuss your goals, expectations, and scheduling.

Group Sessions

This type of session is done in group setting, using general hypnotherapy techniques and includes a guided hypnosis mediation where I will provide your subconscious with new and positive suggestions that will reinforce new behaviors and habits.

Sessions are available virtually or in person. 

(In person limited to four people).

Private group sessions available upon request.
